Congratulations Palliser Estate Chardonnay 2025 which has been voted our W**e of the Month for July by the people who matter most - our Zozo tour guests.

Each month, guests travelling with us taste, compare, discuss and ultimately choose the standout w**e from their experience in Martinborough. For July the clear favourite was this elegant and beautifully expressive Chardonnay from Palliser Estate.

Once again Palliser Estate cellar-door host Belu Eyzaguirre has been kind enough to model the winner for us!

🍷🍽️ This month’s tour lunches at **es have been something special — a showcase of local flavour, seasonal ingredients and beautifully crafted dishes that our guests have been talking about long after the last glass is poured.

On the menu this month:

🦞 Crayfish risotto
🍄 Truffled risotto
🧀 Cheese platter featuring Kikorangi Triple Cream Blue and French Brie
🥓 Baked ham with Le Campagnier cheese, tomato chilli jam, potato hash and rocket
🥩 Wagyu beef cheek with celeriac purée, Jerusalem artichoke, witloof and chives

Thoughtfully prepared and perfectly paired with a day exploring Martinborough, these lunches are all part of creating a memorable experience from first stop to final sip.
