🥳 Free fast charging for me at BP for the next few days..😎. That is awesome.. I wish I knew this earlier as im currently charging up on ChargeNet with zero discount. 😔 I wish .net.nz or would partner up with and give us discounts too… uber has New Zealand’s biggest fleet of cars and eventually every car on the platform will be electric .. so that’s a lot of potential business they could be utilising.. Bp currently gives me up to 8c off per kWh with uber.. and up to 15c off per litre of fuel with various other discounts. Like cheap carwash, discounted food and drinks.. its gonna be a great weekend

Just hit 1500km this week at work… first full week with the performed very well. Had at least 250 people in my car who absolutely loved the ride and comfort, they said it was better than Tesla and polestar and all the others……..

and some stats.. according to my spreadsheet I’m getting 4.4km per kWh. But there is a 10% loss per charge. So it’s more like 5km per kWh which would give me a 400km range. Which seems accurate. I could probably extend it further if I only drove during the day. Ie Didn’t use the lights, aircon, wipers. And even more range possible if i didn’t have to slow down for the hundreds of traffic lights and speed bumps. Overall im happy with my new car. I can’t wait to do a long range motorway test.

Trying out a new fast charger.. BP, since I was in the area and see if my Discount works.. 7cents off per kWh… and it does..
