Bounded by the Tasman Sea, the mighty Mokihinui River and Nikau-fringed native bush, it is an excellent place to set up base and be rejuvenated and recharged. Gentle Annie is within an

hour from many scenic attractions of the Northern Buller Region - north to Kahurangi National Park, Heaphy Track, Oparara Valley with it's Limestone Arches and Honeycomb Caves; and south to Charming Creek Walkway, Denniston Plateau, Cape Foulwind Seal Colony and Punakaiki Pancake Rocks. The region maintains much of its eccentricity and wilderness, offering an opportunity to get close to nature. We're sorry to say, but this week is the LAST WEEK that Stéphane and Caro's delicious dinners are available at Cowshed Cafe. Open during the day from 9am and for dinners 5.30pm-7pm this Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Otherwise open 9am-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday this week, and then 9am-12pm April 27th onwards. Please share far and wide.

Cowshed Cafe is open Monday-Wednesday 8.30am-6pm, Thursday - Sunday 8.30am-8pm, and serving dinner 5.30pm-7pm.
