I love listening to these two guys! Brian McCormick's ideas completely changed my views on coaching.
You may not agree with his ideas but at least he gives you a rationale as to why he thinks that way. If people are interested, I'll post some of his blogs over the next few weeks. If you want a good read, Crossover by Brian McCormick is a great read. It might be a bit dated now but it still has some relevancy.
