Welcome to my page! I'm Meghan, and I have been working in the travel industry as a travel consultant on and off since 2007. I have extensive knowledge of the UK, Europe, Asia and North America as well as ocean and river cruising. A bit about me; I was brought up in Eastern Canada and once I finished University in Nova Scotia in 2003, I embarked on my OE. I visited Malaysia and then New Zealand on

a working holiday visa. Long story short, I soon met my English husband in Blenheim, NZ and then lived in the UK for 7 years before moving back to NZ permanently in January 2012. I studied the art of w**e-making while I was living in the UK and had the chance to work in vineyards in England, France and Canada as well as travel parts of Europe and taste some of the most beautiful w**es on offer. Built three centuries ago, the Canal du Midi skirts the sun-kissed shores of the Mediterranean before turning inland. It connects ancient villages, Roman fortifications and some of the most famous vineyards. This is the perfect place for cycling or walking along scenic tow paths or simply watching the scenery pass by as you relax on deck with a cool drink. In the distance you can see the Pyrenees, whereas closer to hand are the vineyards that stretch for miles around. A few of the days take in:
