Chinese Speaking Tour Executive / Operations Coordinator

Location:

📍 Muscat, Oman

Requirements:

✅ Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is an advantage
✅ Strong organizational and coordination skills
✅ Willing to relocate and work in Oman

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage Chinese tourist groups
• Communicate with Chinese travel partners and clients
• Handle tour operations and customer support
• Assist with itinerary planning and on-ground arrangements
• Ensure an exceptional travel experience for our guests
