Hay experiencias profesionales que trascienden un certificado, una jornada de trabajo o un escenario… porque se convierten en oportunidades para servir, aprender, compartir y dejar una semilla en nuestros territorios. 🌱🌎
Hoy quiero expresar mi profunda gratitud a Dios Todopoderoso, por permitirme continuar caminando con propósito, poniendo al servicio de Panamá y de nuestros territorios la experiencia, el conocimiento y la vocación que he tenido la oportunidad de construir durante tantos años. 🙏💚
Recibimos con especial emoción el Certificado de Agradecimiento otorgado por la Autoridad Nacional de Descentralización (AND) y la Asociación de Municipios de Panamá (AMUPA), por mi participación como Expositor Experto en ambas jornadas del Taller de Planificación de Destinos Turísticos Sostenibles, realizado los días 28 y 29 de abril de 2026, en la Ciudad de Panamá. 🇵🇦📚
Nuestro agradecimiento sincero a la Sra Roxana Méndez De Obarrio, Gerente de la Autoridad Nacional de Descentralización, y a la Sra Janelle Dadineth González Logreira, Presidenta de AMUPA, así como a todos quienes hicieron posible esta valiosa experiencia. 🤝🏽✨
Para Soluciones Turísticas Sostenibles – STS CR S.A., facilitar este proceso significó mucho más que desarrollar contenidos: significó dialogar con los gobiernos locales, compartir herramientas, escuchar las realidades territoriales y generar capacidades para que cada territorio pueda reconocer y potenciar sus propias oportunidades turísticas. 🏘️🌿🗺️
El taller fue diseñado por STS, en apego al Plan Maestro de Turismo Sostenible de Panamá, reafirmando nuestra convicción de que la planificación turística debe estar vinculada con el territorio, las comunidades, la biodiversidad, el patrimonio, la gobernanza y las oportunidades de desarrollo sostenible y regenerativo. 🌎🌱

Today, I would like to express my profound gratitude to Almighty God for allowing me to continue walking with purpose, placing at the service of Panama and our territories the experience, knowledge, and vocation that I have had the opportunity to develop over many years. 🙏💚
We are deeply honored to receive the Certificate of Appreciation granted by the National Decentralization Authority (AND) and the Association of Municipalities of Panama (AMUPA), recognizing my participation as an Expert Speaker during both sessions of the Sustainable Tourism Destination Planning Workshop, held on April 28 and 29, 2026, in Panama City. 🇵🇦📚

For Soluciones Turísticas Sostenibles – STS CR S.A., facilitating this process meant much more than developing content: it meant engaging in dialogue with local governments, sharing tools, listening to the realities of each territory, and building capacities so that every territory can recognize and strengthen its own tourism opportunities. 🏘️🌿🗺️
The workshop was designed by STS in accordance with Panama’s Sustainable Tourism Master Plan, reaffirming our conviction that tourism planning must be connected to the territory, communities, biodiversity, heritage, governance, and opportunities for sustainable and regenerative development. 🌎🌱
