Panama City is one of the few capital cities in the world where you can watch one of nature’s most remarkable migrations. 🐦

Every year, migratory birds traveling between North and South America fly through the city, from September to November heading south, and from March to April on their journey back north.

Look up and you might spot them over the skyline, along the coast, or in the city’s parks. In Panamá, one of nature’s great migrations unfolds right alongside city life.
