Ready to breathe fresh mountain air? Let’s discover 📍El Valle de Anton. A charming village in the middle of the crater of an inactive volcano, where nature, adventure, and sustainability come together. Recently named one of the Best Tourism Villages by the World Tourism Organization.

Swipe to explore what to do in this small but amazing town: hike routes like La India Dormida, La Silla, Cara Iguana, and El Gaital. Try ziplining, walk through butterfly gardens and orchid nurseries, and taste local and international flavors.

Recommendations:
🥾 Wear good shoes. Trails can be steep.

🚗 Drive from Panama City via Las Uvas, then 45 min more to El Valle.

Whale Watching Season is here! 🐋 Get ready to witness one of the most breathtaking natural shows in Panamá. From late June to October, humpback whales arrive in our Pacific waters to mate, give birth, and raise their calves.

What can you expect?
💙 Watch whales breach, slap their fins, and sing to one another.
🐳 Spot mothers swimming side by side with their newborn calves.

Here’s how to enjoy this experience responsibly:
✔️ Book with certified operators committed to marine conservation.
🚤 Only go out with tours that respect the 820 ft (250 m) distance rule.
📸 Enjoy the moment responsibly, no music or loud noise.
🚫 Never swim or dive near the whales, it’s forbidden and unsafe.
🕐 Limit your time near the whales to 30 minutes max per sighting.
