A very humble observation with High Altitude "Trekking" in Tierras Altas Chiricanas, Parque Nacional Pila, Cerro La Moña, Volcán Barú, Sendero El Pianista, Alto Jaramillo etc

Recently I catered to a Couple that didn't follow my guidelines y me salió la Bruja...Chuleta...

You have to know your Fitness, health conditions or recent injuries: Ankle sprains etc.

I made the mistake of not asking enough questions to get a clear sense of their well-being.

I used my physical fitness to gage the Level or Difficulty of the hike which turned out to be more difficult than expected for one of the Trekkers. I will not get into specifics...

At the end of the day, the main goal is to have an awesome Experience without any type of injuries...
