We recently had a situation involving two clients from Coronado Bay who requested the shuttle service stating they were going to La Divina Comedia restaurant, but instead went to another restaurant in the same plaza that does not participate in or pay the monthly fee for the program.

Both the participating restaurant owners and we, as the transportation company, find this type of behavior very upsetting and disrespectful. We kindly ask everyone to value the restaurants that are making the effort to stay active and continue offering this benefit to you during the low season.

If you wish to go to another restaurant that is not part of the program, that is completely your right and we fully respect it; you may use Uber or a taxi. However, it is not acceptable to reserve the shuttle for a restaurant you never intended to visit.

It is very disappointing to see this service being used to take advantage of the $1 fee while misleading a restaurant that had already been informed of your visit. The individuals involved were denied transportation back on the shuttle and were sent a direct message expressing both our dissatisfaction and that of the restaurant owner.

We are sharing this situation to make it clear that both the participating restaurants and our company will be more vigilant moving forward to ensure that this service truly benefits the 16 restaurants that have decided to continue supporting this initiative.

This is unfair, and we are genuinely very upset about what happened.

One of the things I enjoy most about my tours is being able to support our artisans—those master hands that create invaluable art in every piece. My office and my home are filled with treasures from every corner of this beautiful country, as diverse as its landscapes.

I’m currently curating a collection of Congo art from the province of Colón—a place with immense history. This art stands out through its colorful wood carvings that evoke the beauty of their traditional 'polleras' and the vibrant spirit of a province that refuses to give up.

We’re excited to welcome two new restaurants joining the Restaurant Shuttle as of today!!! 🎉🍽️

La Rana Dorada, with more than 15 years of history in Panama crafting artisanal beer with true passion—and well known for its sourdough pizzas—arrives in Coronado with a new space that is relaxed, cozy, and full of great vibes. Open every day from 12:00 pm, no reservations needed.

We also welcome Brasas Las Bóvedas, located in Ensenada, bringing a sea-and-land grill concept focused on charcoal grilling and bold flavors.

Both restaurants are currently working on sending us their videos and menus so we can create an individual post for each one.
We’d also like to share some numbers:
During the month of January, the Services Coronado Shuttle safely and punctually transported 929 people from their homes to 21 restaurants.

How do we make the magic happen? Pure logistics. We don’t want you waiting, so we operate 2 to 4 buses constantly.
The service is a success, but that success must be reflected across all 23 restaurants.

We kindly ask you to give everyone a chance. All the owners are making this service possible, and we can’t afford to lose them.
We share these numbers, and most importantly, we ask you to support the smaller restaurants—those with less time in our area but full of flavor and eager to serve you.

And this Sunday… we have a surprise 🏈🎉
Services Coronado will offer the shuttle service for just $1 for the Super Bowl. No need to stay home anymore!

We are moving this service to this Sunday instead of Friday the 13th, the start of Carnival. We expect heavy traffic that day, so we believe Sunday will be better for everyone’s enjoyment and for the benefit of the restaurants.
