There will be guided trail hikes, exhibits, and activities for the whole family. Follow the road in Las Palmas, past the pool and to the right, until you come to the entrance sign. Volunteers will be there to direct parking - FREE EVENT!

Last year I went through a devastating experience with the passing of a dear friend, Mary Hines. The questions & procedures that came up near the end were complicated and difficult to find out.

I suggest every expat in Puerto Armuelles attend this event about Hospice Care, end of life processes, and asset protection before you find yourself unexpectedly in a situation where you don't know what to do. Be prepared! Details below.

According to the International Monetary Fund, PANAMA is the number one Latin American country that has seen the best growth in their GDP per capita over the last 10 years, whose inhabitants would be the wealthiest according to this indicator.

The analysis is based on the trends between 2015 and 2025 using GDP per capita (PPP)—Purchasing Power Parity. NOTE: A country can produce a lot of money on average and at the same time have high levels of inequality. However, this is still good news for the continued prosperity & growth of Panama.
