This Easter break Noah and I went camping together solo on Coiba.
Our highlight, amongst all the usuals, was watching a huge croc swim across the bay in the afternoon at high tide just prior to the Full Moon. A few other noteworthy encounters for Noah was the nurseshark nearly stepped on and snorkeling (this time with a snorkel!!!) with a spotted eagle ray.
Didn’t get much in the way of wildlife photos but certainly they were witnessed. In this sense, blessed to be a witness.
Amongst any confusion of focus, nature conquers and rewards all who know true surrender.
(New doubles and paddles get passing grades)

Decided to share a little update and some photos during our busy mid summer season.
Adam, Danika, Kirri, Chino, Margot, Noah, Rocky and I, along with community help when required, have been kept busy. Between our Coiba trips, local excursions, island yoga, surf, snorkeling, SUP, yoga classes and adventures we’re doing our best to provide high quality experiences and long lasting memories.
While there’s definitely more day trip activity to Coiba these days than years prior we still seek a quieter, more intimate type of tour that allows for maximum time in oceanic tranquility and wildlife viewing opportunities. Kayaking, camping, multiple days in the park is our preferred way to share this life-rich environment.
If you’re looking for March adventure here’s what we have on the horizon:
March 2-4, 4-6, 9-13, 16-19, 19-21, 24-27, 27-30. Of course, we can also do private tours or try to work with your dates.
Also, keep an eye on our Ocean Balance excursion to Isla Catalina on Mar 4.

Introducing Margot Sauren..the newest member of the Fluid Team. We’re getting back to our Fluid roots and bringing Yoga back into the fold once more. Maureen brings a sense of calm, worldly awareness and curiosity to her Vinyassa style of Yoga.
We’ll be offering group classes, private classes AND weekly excursions to Isla Santa Catalina called Ocean Balance. We’ll VINYASSA Yoga, hike the lookout trail, play on SUPS, chill on the beach and picnic!

Celebrating our reward!! Thanks to all the folks that chose to adventure with us. We are truly honoured to be held in such high esteem. Fluid is truly blessed with a team of dedicated professional international guides, instructors, professionals.

It’s this ensemble of exceptional humans that help me and Fluid exist. These are the ones that deliver our experiences to you, our guests. These are the ones that share stories, wisdom, guidance and keep you safe. These are the ones to point out the turtle, shark or soaring hawk in the distance. These are the ones preparing and serving exceptional meals. These are the ones keeping us safe as we travel to/from Coiba visitors in a foreign, wild, tropical ecosystem. These are the ones that listen to your stories..even when they should be prepping lunch, juggling many responsibilities. These are the ones I’m here to thank today. The rains have returned so the team is off to various beautiful locations to guide for the more Northern hemisphere’s summer season. Chino and I will remain in Panama. Salud todos y gracias para todo. Hasta próxima año.🙏✨Looking forward to soaring again next season on Coiba and the magnificent Pacific coast of Santa Catalina and the Veraguas area.
