Get ready to live one of the oldest Traditions of Tahuantinsuyo, this activity is known as Chaku Raymi, it is a practice that dates back to the Inca Empire, the inhabitants seek to take advantage of the fine fiber of the Vicuña, to protect from poachers
Description
The vicuñas are led to a place fenced with mesh, where they will be safe from people, at this moment the Visitors come to take pictures, then the payment to Pachamama is made and the marriage ceremony of the vicuñas with their respective godparents , then the shearing is carried out. The ancestral celebration ends with the payment to the land and a party in which the community members wear typical local costumes.

🌵 ! La Comunidad Campesina de Tambo Cañahuas en , cada año realizan los tradicionales Chaku de Vicuñas. Prepárate para vivir una de las Tradiciones más antiguas del Tahuantinsuyo, esta actividad es conocido como Chaku Raymi, es una práctica que se remonta al Imperio Incaico, los pobladores buscan aprovechar la fibra, fina de la Vicuña, para proteger de los cazadores furtivos.
Descripción
Las vicuñas son conducidos hasta un sitio cercado con mallas, donde estarán a salvo de las personas, en este momento los Visitantes se acercan para tomar fotografías, luego se realiza el pago a la Pachamama y la ceremonia de Matrimonio de las vicuñas con sus respectivos padrinos, en seguida se realiza la esquila. La celebración ancestral termina con el pago a la tierra y una fiesta en la que los comuneros usan trajes típicos del lugar.
