🥃 ANÍS NÁJAR: SABOR QUE ENCENDIÓ UNA CIUDAD
Desde 1854, el aroma del anís convive con Arequipa y con la historia de la familia Muñoz-Nájar, que trajo desde España la fórmula secreta que daría vida al famoso Anís Nájar. Así lo cuenta el archivo familiar y lo confirma el Diario El Comercio, fuente de tradición y memoria.

En cada picantería, el anisado acompaña torrejas, buñuelos y ese clásico arequipeño que enciende y apaga el alma: el “Prende y Apaga”, donde se toma anís y luego chicha.
Y cuando el frío aprieta, no hay nada como un té piteado: bebida caliente con anisado, perfecta para aliviar el cuerpo y revivir el espíritu. Tradición líquida que también cura.

Siete generaciones después, el Anís Nájar sigue sirviendo historia en cada copa.
Porque en Arequipa, las costumbres no mueren... se beben.

Chicha de jora, ají, cebolla y cerdo se funden en un guiso que huele a domingo, a tradición y a orgullo. Hoy, el adobo arequipeño no solo es un plato típico: es una experiencia que todo visitante de la Ciudad Blanca debe probar.
