Here is a guide to the Peruvian Christmas Food traditions you need to know:

1️⃣ The Roast: Whether it's Turkey (Pavo) or Roasted Pork (Chancho), the secret is in the marinade: Ají Panca, Pisco, and local herbs.

But here is the real plot twist: We celebrate Christmas in the middle of SUMMER. It’s hot, humid, and sunny in Lima... yet, the most sacred tradition is eating a slice of Panetón paired with a cup of piping HOT Chocolate. ☕🔥
