The permits for the 4 Day Inca Trail hike -the capacity is restricted to “only” 200 hikers per day; therefore, there is a high demand, and permits are very limited. First-come, first-served basis. Book online well in advance (Book from 6-4 months before OR before.) For the high season dates -from May to August, permits often run out first, so -we strongly recommend you to book -in advance. 🌈How difficult is the Inca Trail?🤔
🌈The Inca Trail has a moderate difficulty.
The Inca Trail runs 39 kilometers along high mountain roads as well as descending trails surrounded by abundant vegetation. These roads were built by the Incas hundreds of years ago in order to connect Cusco with Machu Picchu.
