From local host family to the heart of our team!☕

Local communities are at the heart of everything we do at Impactful Travel. After years of successful collaboration with Alejandro as a host on our Coffee Routes to Machu Picchu, we can proudly say that today his daughter, Camila, is a crucial part of Impactful Travel's team.

Camila has known our founder, Guido, since she was 10 years old. Her family has hosted travelers on the Coffee Route for many years, allowing her to grow up surrounded by visitors from all over the world. These experiences awakened a deep passion in her for tourism, cultural exchange, and meaningful conversations. From a very young age, she learned to see tourism not only as a source of income but also as a valuable source of knowledge and learning.

In Camila's words: "For many years, I have felt very grateful to Impactful Travel as part of a host family in a coffee-growing community. But recently, I have been on the other side, discovering all the work behind every passenger visiting my home. I can certainly say that Impactful Travel truly leaves a positive impact!"
