Colca Canyon is the Canyon of the Colca River in southern Peru. It’s about 160 kilometres northwest of Arequipa. First, you will visit Potato Park, a 30-minute drive from Pisaq. We will provide you with valuable insights into how the six surrounding communities are working to protect potato diversity through this local initiative.
