Q’eswachaka is one of the most extraordinary legacies of the Inca culture. 🌿 Located more than 3,700 meters above sea level in Cusco, this iconic rope bridge is rebuilt every year during the second week of June following ancestral techniques passed down through generations.
For four days, local Quechua communities come together to renew the bridge by hand, preserving a living tradition that continues to strengthen their connection with the Andes and their cultural heritage. ✨🇵🇪
