🎶 The "Day of Creole Song" is celebrated every October 31st in Peru, it's an important festivity that pays homage to Creole music, featuring styles such as the Peruvian waltz, marinera, and festejo, which are iconic to Peruvian music culture.

🍽️ Naturally, this celebration is, for sure, accompanied by traditional dishes highlighting the Creole and Afro-Peruvian flavors of Peruvian gastronomy, such as lomo saltado, anticucho, causa limeña, or suspiro..!
