🥳Hoy 28 Junio celebramos en Perú 🇵🇪 El Día Nacional del CEVICHE!!’🥳 Nuestro plato bandera, el rey de la gastronomía peruana.

Su origen viene de la culturas prehispánicos, teniendo al mar al frente, nuestros Moche, Lambayeque, Chimú, Chincha principalmente culturas que se desarrollaron a lo largo del litoral costeño, comían pescado crudo con ají, luego la llegada de los españoles traerían el limón, ingrediente que se sumaría adicional a su preparación.
En verdad difícil resistirse ello, vamos por un CEVICHITO HOY !!!😋
