Day 1 takes you through the Sacred Valley — the massive Inca terraces of Pisac, the fortress walls of Ollantaytambo — before the road drops down toward the cloud forest, where a coffee-growing family in Huayopata welcomes you into their home for the night.
Day 2 is where it gets personal: harvest fruit straight from the trees, learn how coffee, cacao, coca, and tea all grow side by side on this same land, and then prepare your own cup of coffee the traditional way, taught by the very hands that grow it. This is fair-trade, organic coffee — the kind that reaches export markets, but that morning, it's just for you.
