myself and many other cooks, Chefs, foodies a platform for share and express our passion for what we do. What a blessing it has been and so proud to be able to put forward the delicious food we have here in Tahiti.

My dream is when people look at a map and see the destination Tahiti Tourisme to associate it as a great food destination, with amazing local
products, flavors and talented Chefs/Cooks. Top 50 food destinations in the world here we come 😁🙌🏼🤙🏽

Got the honor of welcoming Hokule’a las night in my backyard, Mo’orea 🙌🏼. I did not expect my day to end with this moment. I got the call last night about 20 minutes before arrival saying”Heimata Hokule’a is arriving right now you need to go guide them into the docks!” And that’s where I had a holysh*t moment. I ran down to the dock with my flashlight and there she was at a distance in the dark trying to find her way to the dock. I was mesmerized and couldn’t believe it. As she came closer I could hear a voice in the dark, Nainoa Thompson giving guidance orders to the captain and crew. At the same time as you can see in the sky a lunar eclipse. Hokule’a on my island home, what a blessed moment that I will cherish forever and I was happy to have been there to live this moment 🙏🙌🏼⭐️ Mauru’uru te mau Tupuna.

What an honor it was to be a guest speaker for the University Of Polynesie Française Students majoring in Tourisme(Sustainable tourisme)

It was nice to exchange and share my passion with the students in hope in can maybe inspire some to be the future entrepreneurs of Tahiti. They are the future of our economy. Follow your dreams and passion.
