P&O - Pacific Dawn Review:
GOD Blessed us all with a nice bright sunny day for the Tour Operations of the docking of Pacific Dawn, Thursday 27th November 2015.
The Pacific Dawn ETA 0730 hrs, tied down by 0800 hrs and by 0900 hrs PaivuTours Shuttle buses with PreBooked tourist were off. She was off again by 1800hrs.
PaivuTours - Rabaul/Kokopo Ltd Offered Half a Day (3.5hrs) Tours and the Full Day (6.5hrs) Tours.
Our PreBooked tourists were very happy and enjoyed the memorable respective Tours they committed themselves to and we say thank you for their kind words.
We also had a PaivuTours - Rabaul/Kokopo Ltd Sales booth in which we managed to gain some extra heads.
Apart from the day being another memorable visit by the P&O - Pacific Dawn...... There were two (2) regrettable incidents that occurred that day with certain tourists going for Private Tours engaging themselves with locals outside the wharf terminal.
I will not go into detail about the incident however encourage future tourists....
1) Please utilize the recognized Tour Operators who are stakeholders and work side by side with Tourism Promotion Authority (TPA - Government Head for PNG Tourism) that are operating in the Wharf Terminal for your easy access of information.
2) For the sake of Safety mishaps, please ensure your preferred Local Tour Operator has INSURANCE COVER to cover for your medical attendance and bills if any regrettable mishaps occur.
