The 65th Mount Hagen Cultural Show, held from August 14–16, 2025, at Queen’s Park in Mount Hagen, Western Highlands Province, was a vibrant celebration of Papua New Guinea’s rich cultural tapestry. This iconic event brought together diverse tribes from across the Highlands and beyond, showcasing their unique traditions through mesmerizing sing-sing performances, traditional dances, and intricate body art.
Attendees were treated to a kaleidoscope of colors, with participants adorned in elaborate feather headdresses and face paint, embodying the spirit and identity of their communities.
