The Department of Tourism (DOT), Region 2 is conducting a 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐅𝐁𝐒𝐄) for various tourism stakeholders and frontliners of the Local Government of Aglipay, Province of Quirino on November 27, 2025.

This is in support to Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco’s mandate to propagate the FBSE Program to our industry stakeholders and Filipino frontliners nationwide.

Day 3 of Cultural Mapping Training Workshop || As part of the Cultural Mapping Training Workshop, the participants, together with their Resource Speakers, conducted a fieldwork today, October 22, 2025, to apply their skills in cultural mapping and to document Quirino’s tangible and movable heritage — many of which are treasured heirlooms passed down through generations.

This effort strengthens our commitment to preserving Quirino’s cultural identity, ensuring that the legacy of our kailyan continues to be valued, protected, and remembered.🧡
