𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐥𝐟𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚ñ𝐞𝐝𝐚
Last March 18, 2026, the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya, through the Provincial Tourism and Culture Office (PTCO), in collaboration with LGU Alfonso Castañeda and with the assistance of the Municipal Tourism Office headed by Ms. Mary Anne Arugay, conducted a two-day inspection of selected restaurants and agri-tourism farms across the municipality to assess facilities, services, and overall visitor readiness.
📍 Day 1 – March 18, 2026
Inspections were carried out in Barangay Lublub and Barangay Abuyo, covering:
•Tita Bebot's Cafeteria, Barangay Lublub
•Jorge Shop Over and Kainan, Barangay Lublub
•Bundok Bakery, Barangay Lublub
•Ballers Bowl Cafe, Barangay Lublub
•Empyrean Bliss, Barangay Lublub
•Bundok Farm, Barangay Abuyo
📍 Day 2 – March 19, 2026
The inspection continued in Barangay Lublub, featuring:
•Shakusan Tan Dulagan Agri-Farm, Barangay Lublub
•Alcas Blossom, Barangay Lublub
•Leszach Farm, Barangay Lublub
The inspection aimed to ensure that these local establishments meet tourism standards, enhance visitor experience, and strengthen Alfonso Castañeda’s position as an emerging destination for food and agri-tourism in Nueva Vizcaya.
