We want to provide the best service and amenities to our valued guests, but it's disheartening to know some people damaging and stealing our fixtures, like balsa curtains and floatable drums.
To address this issue, the management of Balsa de Agua asks for the community's cooperation in protecting our facilities. We're offering a reward for any information that helps identify those involved in unauthorized activities or trespassing on our balsas.
Your vigilance and assistance are greatly appreciated in keeping our floating cottages safe and secure.
Thank you for your ongoing support. 🩵
