A TSR supports management ensuring sales quotas are met or better yet, exceeded. The TSR position is often a transitory position that allows the company to test if employees have leadership potential.

Responsibilities:
· Deliver Agreed Sales Targets. TSR’s primary role will be to ensure the delivery of agreed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

We are looking for a talented Verification Specialist!
Job description
-Responsible in Monitoring agent-client interactions to ensure quality of service are aligned with business goals. The QC is responsible in checking potential client’s details, reports sent by Campaign Managers and over all forms sent for Verification. The QC is also responsible in ensuring that the quality of information provided are all correct by calling the potential client for Verification purposes. Directly reports to Quality Control Manager.
*Verification Call Tasks
-Contact customers by phone and sometimes whatsapp and email
-Confirm customer qualifies for offer by using business rules to determine they fit profile
-Confirm booking details and confirm member entitlements are correct to what was offered and correctly processed
-Confirm credit card payments with customer permission
-Read verification scripting to make ensure customer is fully aware of terms and conditions
-Overcome any rebuttals customer might have during the call to prevent booking cancellation
-Have customer agree to all of above
-Report any issues with booking or member back to relevant manager
*Administration Tasks
-Update customer details in google sheets
-Capture correct call outcome and complete comments about conversation
-Process relevant information in viewpoint
-Process cancellations in viewpoint
*Qualifications
-Experience with customer service and sales calls
-Objection handling and negotiation skills
-Intermediate experience in Google Sheets and Excel
-Confident and Professional phone manner
-Ability to solve problems
-Atleast 1 year experience as QA in a BPO Industry
