Proud to be a Kapampangan, in blood and my heart
(Pagmaragul kung kapampangan ku, keng daya ampo keng pusu ku)

Kapampangans are proud of their kin because they truly believe that they are the first, the best in everything. They always see Mount Arayat as a sentimental lighthouse guiding their way back if they miss they hometown.

Kulitan- Only kapampangan

Kulitan is an indigenous writing system used in the Philippines for the language Kapampangan, spoken primarily in Pampanga. From a structural perspective, Kulitan is an abudiga, where every consonant has an inherent vowel modified with diacritics. It is not known where Kulitan came from. Some believe that it is an indigenous invention, but many of the symbols and writing rules are similar to those of Kawi and other Southeast Asian Indic scripts.
