Bakit nung High School ako (2003/04) Ang standard check in ng mga hotel/ resorts is 1:00 PM, then check out is 12:00?

Tapos nung around 2014, naging 2:00 PM na ang standard check in. Tapos 12:00 parin ang check out?

Tapos 2024 naging 3:00 PM na ang standard check-in time. Pero check out talaga never nag bago 12:00 parin through the years.
