The clarifies that are welcome to come into the country without visas, as a vast number of Ukrainians flee invading army. The Ukrainian Embassy in Abu Dhabi stated on its page that visa requirements have been waived, "taking into account the humanitarian conditions in which citizens were found.”

Effective March 28, 2022, ALL AirAsia DOMESTIC flights to and from Manila will now operate out of Terminal 4 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Meanwhile, ALL AirAsia INTERNATIONAL flights to and from Manila will still operate out of Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3.

Guests are advised to be at their designated airport terminals at least 3 hours before departure time to avoid any delays at check-in.

UPDATE: The province of Oriental Mindoro has just updated their set of entry requirements for tourists.

For fully-vaccinated tourists:
-Vaccination card
-Approved S-Pass Travel Coordination Permit
-Proof of confirmed booking at a DOT-accredited establishment

For unvaccinated or partially vaccinated tourists:
-Negative RT-PCR result issued 24 hours prior to travel
-Approved S-Pass Travel Coordination Permit
-Proof of confirmed booking at DOT-accredited or LGU-licensed establishment

Travelers who are manifesting COVID-related symptoms will not be allowed to enter the province regardless of vaccination status. Those under the age of 18 and above 65 are not yet permitted to enter for leisure travel as well. Oriental Mindoro is one of the most visited and acclaimed provinces in the region, showcasing meaningful local traditions and culture.
