The true measure of good leadership in an organization can be seen in the steadfastness and loyalty of its members. When an organization continues to expand, attracting more members while retaining the existing ones since its founding, it reflects a system of leadership that inspires trust and confidence. Growth and stability, especially when accompanied by evident blessings or successes, are clear signs that the leader governs with wisdom and integrity.
It is not material blessings that drive members to withdraw from a group. On the contrary, members are more inclined to remain when they experience prosperity and fulfillment within the organization. Departure often occurs only when individuals perceive faults, inconsistencies, or injustices in the system of governance. This demonstrates that dissatisfaction with leadership—not personal abundance—is the real cause of separation.
Therefore, blessings and progress are not valid grounds for leaving a community that already nurtures them. A member who thrives within such a group has no logical reason to abandon it for another. Instead, their continued participation serves as a testament to the effectiveness of the leader and the soundness of the organizational system as a whole.🫣
