In line with the MPTC Tour of Luzon 2026, please be advised that cyclists will be traversing the Santiago City to Tuguegarao Road on May 03, 2026 (Sunday) starting at 8:00 AM.

🚴‍♂️ What to Expect:
• Increased cyclist activity along the national highway
• Temporary traffic slowdowns and intermittent road closures
• Presence of convoy vehicles and race marshals

⚠️ Public Advisory:
All motorists are strongly encouraged to take alternative routes to avoid delays and ensure the safety of both cyclists and road users.

🚫 Please avoid overtaking or crossing the race route while cyclists are passing.
🚓 Follow instructions from traffic enforcers and designated personnel at all times.

The Department of Tourism (DOT) Region II, in partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Aurora, successfully conducted the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Seminar on April 22, 2026, at the Manpower Building in Sta. Rosa, Aurora, Isabela.

The seminar gathered tourism frontliners, local stakeholders, and service providers in Aurora, Isabela to enhance their knowledge and skills in delivering world-class Filipino hospitality. Through the FBSE program, participants were equipped with essential values and practices that promote professionalism, efficiency, and a distinct Filipino brand of service rooted in warmth and excellence.

During the program, FBSE Trainer, Ms. Gretchen A. Jallorina, emphasized the importance of strengthening service standards across the tourism sector. The initiative also highlighted the vital role of local government units in fostering a culture of excellence among tourism workers and stakeholders.

Participants actively engaged in discussions and interactive sessions, demonstrating their commitment to elevating service delivery in their respective fields.

The successful conduct of the FBSE Seminar highlights the continued collaboration between DOT Region II and LGU Aurora in promoting sustainable tourism development and reinforcing exceptional hospitality of the Filipinos.
