Aboy's has just opened its SECOND branch! 🎉 We sit down with Nestor Evaristo, (Aboy himself!) to give YOU a mini tour of all their famous dishes!

Aboy's is a beloved seafood and filipino restaurant in Bacolod City that has been open for over 34 years! Now they've opened a second branch!

We tried the Crispy Pata 🐖, Squid Fat Adobo 🦑, Sautéed Mushrooms 🍄, Chicharon Bulaklak 🥓, Grilled Blue Marlin 🐟, Garlic Scallops 🧄🦪, and Black Sambo 🍨! 🤤✨

Here's an exclusive sneak peek of the interior of the SECOND branch of Aboy’s Restaurant! 🍽️✨

​After 30 years in business, Aboy’s is finally opening a second location! 🥳 Their second Branch is located at the Sakura arcade, buri road, baranggay Mandalagan, Bacolod City!

The inside looks amazing—it is simple, clean, and super neat. It even has two private function rooms that fit about 20 people each. The rooms are separated by a divider, so they can easily be opened up into one big room if you have a huge party! 🎉

​The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. Mr. Aboy Evaristo shared that all the food will be cooked right here on-site. 👨‍🍳🔥 That means no moving food from the old branch and no reheating. Everything will be made fresh to order! 🐟🍗

​To make sure you get the best service possible, the new staff trained for two whole months at the main Aboy's Goldenfield branch. 🛠️

​The official grand opening is this Tuesday, and they will be open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. See you there! 🥗🍹

🚨🍙 We found a tiny food stall selling Spam musubi for only 35 pesos! 🤯🥓

It is called Elly & Draven SPAM Musubi , and the students at NOHS in Bacolod City love it! A 10th-grade student nicknamed Mr. leo runs the stall. He works part-time to help pay for school, which is so awesome! 📚👨‍🎓

Leo also sells amazing lumpia shanghai that taste so good! 🥟🤤 I even bought some extra musubi to share with the students. ❤️🍱

Lord Byron's Backribs just opened a new branch in Bacolod City! 🍖

You have to try their yummy backribs. Add some chili oil if you want a fun, spicy kick! 🌶️ We also really love the squid inasal skewers—they are super tasty! 🦑

The Cook-Out by North Point Socials is a fun food event 🍔 that regularly happens at The District Ayala North Point in Talisay City, Negros Occidental. The two stand-out stalls we're featuring this week are Banh Mi Grillers and Smokin Good Stuff Bacolod

🔥 Smokin Good Stuff Bacolod
The owner is a retired chef who used to work in Australia and a former pitmaster. We got their Texas Trio platter, and it is absolutely awesome. It is loaded with smoked Angus beef belly 🥩, maple glazed smoked bacon ribs, and smoked cheese sausage.

You get so much food on this plate! It also comes with cornbread and steak rice with crispy pork belly and cheese. It is so good! If you cannot eat all of that, just get a slice of the Angus beef belly. It is as big as a cell phone! Or, you can get the maple smoked bacon ribs 🥓, which are also very tasty.

🥖 Banh Mi Grillers
This stall is brought to you by the owner of@Sugaree Cafe and Gelato. We highly recommend checking out these two items:

Gah Nuóng (Grilled Chicken Banh Mi): A yummy grilled chicken sandwich 🥪 made with crispy, freshly baked banh mi bread.

Bún Nem Nuóng (Pork Sausage Noodle Bowl): A fresh, simple bowl of noodles 🍜 topped with tasty grilled lemon grass pork sausage.
