✅ Rate applies to 1 bedroom on the ground floor (as shown in the photos).

✅ The house has 2 bedrooms; the 2nd-floor room is currently occupied.

✅ Living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared.

✅ Electricity and water are available.

✅ Internet is currently down (we’ve already requested technician support; restoration date not yet confirmed).

✅ Room includes 1 double-sized bed (extra foam available upon request).

Can accommodate up to 4 pax.

✅House is fully furnished- kitchen & fridge free to use.

Important:

Since the internet is still down, this place may not be ideal for work-from-home guests who require a stable connection. However, it is perfect for families or individuals who need a safe, comfortable place to stay, rest, and recharge devices while utilities are being restored in their area.
