Nena's was the original chicken inasal, the one that started Bacolod's famous grilled legacy. Today, that story lives on through Nena's Dee, which carries the tradition forward for a new generation.

Sweet stop on our Tri-City Tour! 🥟✨

Our guests got hands-on with the Piaya Making Experience at Bongbong's Pasalubong. From rolling the dough to filling it with muscovado, everyone learned how this Negrense favorite is made. Hairnets on, gloves up, and plenty of smiles all around! 😄
