Our transient units are one of the most affordable options in town, perfect for barkadas, families, or team stays.

📍 Located in Mountain View, Mandalagan
– 2 mins walk to restaurants
– Walking distance to malls
– Parking available

Good for big groups – up to 15-25 pax per unit

Rates:
• 1–8 pax: ₱3,000 / ₱3,500 (weekend)
• 9–15 pax: ₱5,500 / ₱6,000 (weekend)
• 16–20 pax: ₱7,000 / ₱7,500 (weekend)

What you get:

- Whole unit air-conditioned
- Own CR (1 or 2 depending on unit)
- TV, Fridge
- Kitchen (yes, you can cook)
- Loft-style space (spacious with stairs)

Water:
- 1 gallon FREE
- Extra gallon – ₱100

Optional:
- Breakfast – ₱150
- Towel – ₱50
- Toiletries – ₱50

We keep our base price low, so extras are optional depending on your needs 👍

Please note: Loft-type with stairs - not ideal for seniors, PWD, or small kids

Our Transient Homes by Yuhum Bed & Breakfast Bacolod is opening soon! Two home units, each unit can accommodate up to 25pax, for a total of up to 50 guests!

Created especially for larger groups and families who’ve been asking for more space, more availability, and a more private place to stay together.
