Habang tumatagal, napapansin kong hindi na lang pala bundok ang hinahanap ko.

Hinahanap ko 'yung pakiramdam ng paggising nang madaling-araw na puno ng excitement. Yung mahabang lakaran na nauuwi sa malalalim na kwentuhan. Yung katahimikan ng kagubatan na parang kayang patahimikin pati ingay sa isip.

Sa bundok, walang kailangang patunayan. Hindi importante kung ano ang trabaho mo, gaano kalaki ang kinikita mo, o ilang followers ang meron ka. Ang mahalaga, marunong kang rumespeto—sa kalikasan, sa mga kasama mo, at sa sarili mong limitasyon.

Siguro kaya tayo paulit-ulit bumabalik. Dahil sa bawat akyat, may bahagi ng sarili nating unti-unting nagiging mas magaan.

At sa mundong laging nagmamadali, ang bundok ang nagpapaalala na minsan, sapat na ang dahan-dahan... basta tuloy ang lakad. 🌿🏔️🌳🧘‍♂️

MT. APO x LAKE HOLON adventure 💚⛰️👣🍃☮️🇵🇭

Ito ay minsang naging pangarap lang para sa taong katulad ko. Bilang isang taong dating walang-wala at walang kasiguraduhan kung may mararating sa buhay dahil sa mga pagsubok at kakulangan ng suporta, nakikita ko lang noon ang mga ganitong lugar sa mga larawan at kwento ng iba. Hindi ko akalaing darating ang araw na ako naman ang makakarating dito — overwhelmed, fulfilled, deeply thankful, and truly at peace.

Mas naging espesyal pa ang paglalakbay na ito dahil nakasama ko ang mga taong kasama ko ring nangarap na makaakyat dito. 🤍 Totoo palang unti-unting nagbabago ang buhay. Hindi man naging madali ang naging daan, naging sulit naman ang lahat ng pagod, paghihintay, at sakripisyo. Minsan akala natin napakalayo ng ating mga pangarap, pero darating din pala ang araw na masasabi mong “nagawa ko rin.”
