TOUR PACKAGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

✅Reservation Policy:
•Reservation fee is required for any packages, activities and services offered.
•50% down payment is required on near tour dates and on selected tours.
•Reservation is valid for an open date booking but is subject to slots availability upon confirmation.
•Remaining Balance will be collected upon arrival at the tour site.

✅Refund Policy:
•Reservation Fee is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
•All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
•All tour packages, hotel bookings, Activities or services availed is strictly Non-Refundable but is transferrable and rebookable valid for 6 months.
•STRICTLY NO REFUND policy applies for any unutilized services/package inclusions.
•If Travel and Glide Ph has to cancel the tour for any reason (including bad weather) we give a full refund of your payment.

✅Rescheduling Policy:
•Rescheduling of tour is allowed, but must be made ATLEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your tour date.
•Weather Condition Policy applies.
•Subject to slot availability on your desired reschedule date.
•Upon guest's failure to arrive at the agreed place at the alloted time, rescheduling is no longer allowed.

✅No-show policy
•Failure to show up on time on the tour date means forfeiture of any and all funds paid for the travel. The remaining balance of the no-show participant(s) of your group will still be collected from your group.

✅We reserve our right to refuse service to:
Any person for any valid reasons such as: rudeness, sexual harassment, behavior liable to cause discomfort of other passengers, danger or inconvenience to other passengers or tour personnel, bringing weapons and illegal drugs. Consuming alcoholic beverages and smoking/vaping are prohibited on board. Guests who are under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will not be allowed to board our vehicle and will lead to forfeiture of any and all payments. We also reserve the right to refuse a minor if unaccompagnied by parents or a legal guardian.

A GENTLE REMINDER:
Ma’am/Sir, we are committed to serving you with both courtesy and respect. We humbly ask that you treat our tour guides, boat crews and incharge in the same manner.
By entrusting your tour with us, we understand that we are obliged to take good care of your safety and happiness. But then, we need your cooperation and your patience is a must.

You might arrive earlier and might feel bored while waiting for the call time to leave the main land. Please comfort yourselves, there are restaurants or carenderias around where you can take your breakfast while waiting. Understand that our staffs, guides and boat crews have other tasks too prior to leaving the mainland.

A FRIENDLY REMINDER: Let us all be a catalyst of clean environment and responsible tourism. Please do not litter or drop plastics in the sea or anywhere in the Island. Dispose your garbage properly. Also, please avoid taking starfish or shells from the Island with you. Let us help preserve the beauty of our Tourist Destinations.

Lastly, we would love to hear feedbacks from you after your tour. Sending your group photos or some instagramable poses will be much appreciated. Those will be posted in our pages and will serve as a great remembrance from you for trusting us, as your travel guide. All the best and ENJOY!
