Once youโve booked your airline ticket, hereโs what usually happens nextโespecially if you have checked baggage:

* Youโll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
* Check details: name, date, time, baggage allowance.

๐งณ 2. When to Check In
You have 2 options:

Online Check-in
* Opens 24 to 48 hours before your flight (depends on airline).
* You can:
* Choose your seat
* Get your boarding pass (save or print it)
๐ Do this even if you have baggageโit saves time at the airport.

๐ข Airport Check-in
If you didnโt check in online, you can do it at the airport.

โฐ 3. What Time to Arrive (Important!)
If you have baggage:
* Domestic flights (within Philippines)
๐ Be at the airport at least 2โ3 hours before departure
* International flights
๐ Be there 3โ4 hours before departure

Even if you checked in online:
1. Go to the Bag Drop Counter of your airline
2. Show:
* Boarding pass
* Valid ID / passport
3. They will:
* Weigh your luggage
* Tag it
* Send it to the plane

* Go through security check
* (For international) pass immigration
* Proceed to your boarding gate

* Boarding usually starts 30โ45 minutes before departure
