Gender Sensitivity Training 2026 โœจ๐ŸŒธ

The Municipality of Baganga successfully conducted the four-day Gender Sensitivity Training 2026, bringing together participants for meaningful discussions on gender equality, inclusivity, women empowerment, climate change, life skills, tourism safety, and creating safe spaces within communities and tourism establishments. ๐Ÿ’œ

The activity became a valuable opportunity to strengthen awareness, promote respect and equality, and encourage gender-responsive practices in both community and tourism development. ๐ŸŒฟ

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our resource speakers, Ms. Erna P. Sumalinab, MPA, and Mr. Roger P. Pichon, LPT, for sharing their expertise and insights throughout the training.

More waves, more wipeouts, and more victories! Participants pushed past their limits today as they practiced paddling, balancing, and finally catching their own waves with confidence.

Beyond the surfboards and the sea, the clinic continues to build courage, friendship, and love for the ocean. ๐ŸŒž

The waves are calling! Day 1 officially kicked off with beginner lessons on balance, paddling, ocean safety, and wave riding led by our dedicated surf instructors.

More than just surfing, the clinic brought together confidence, camaraderie, and love for the ocean as participants embraced the thrill of learning something new. ๐Ÿค™

Tourists and participants from different parts of Davao Region and Caraga Region gathered in Baganga to experience the second edition of the Baganga Tourism Diving Clinic โ€” promoting water safety, marine appreciation, and sustainable coastal tourism. ๐ŸŒด๐ŸŒŠ
