The review has caused significant harm to the reputation of my business.

No Payment Received: The individual in question did not complete any payment to secure a booking with our business. According to our policy, only paid bookings are prioritized and confirmed.

Booking Policy: We operate a professional business where all reservations require advance payment. Clients who fail to make a payment do not receive a confirmed booking.
