The Batad Rice Terraces are a '2,000-year-old', amphitheater-shaped marvel located in Banaue, Ifugao.

Carved directly into the mountains by the indigenous Ifugao people using primitive tools, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is famous for its breathtaking curved steps and rustic village nestled at its base.
