🌲Visiting Baguio? Choose one of our condo units for transient at MegaTower 1. This unit offers a view of Baguio Cathedral and downtown Baguio.

✅ Located just beside Session Road and Baguio Cathedral (within the city center).

✅ With balcony, hot & cold shower, kitchen with rice cooker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Cooking of “ulam” is not allowed (hence, no induction cooker is provided).

✅ Wifi is free and you can connect thru Smart pre-paid internet device provided inside the unit.

✅ Good for 2 pax only.

✅ Queen size bed and with bath towels and slippers. Shampoo and body wash are also provided.

✅ With smart TV (no Netflix).

✅ Cellular signal is very good.

✅ Perfect for couple or barkada.

⏰ Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.

🅿️ Parking is by reservation only and subject to availability. Parking fee is ₱350/car/night. Motorcycle is ₱250/car/night.

🔐 Key deposit is ₱1,000 payable upon check-in and is refundable within the day of check-out.
