The Classic Attic Rates:
400/head/24hrs for 4 pax & below
350/head/24hrs for 5 pax and above

Inclusions:
Hot and cold shower
Kitchen utensils
Television
Gas stove
Beds and blankets

Rules:
For reservations 20% downpayment of the total rent should be given through lbc, cebuana or palawan outlets.

You are liable to any damage or loss of the properties inside the transient house, so please be careful especially with the glasswares.

Smoking is allowed in the balcony and terrace area only. Dispose your cigarette butts in the trash bins provided. Do not throw it outside.

Avoid making too much noise around 10 in the evening until 7 in the morning.

You have agreed to the rules and policies of the transient house when you completely paid your rent on the check-in day.
