As you enjoy strolling around the City of Pines—lalo na sa busy areas like Session Road—please take note of Baguio City Ordinance No. 49, Series of 2019 (Anti-Distracted Walking Ordinance).

🚶📵 Bawal ang paggamit ng cellphone o anumang distracting device habang naglalakad o tumatawid sa pedestrian lanes.

Kung kukuha po ng photos or videos, huminto muna at pumwesto sa ligtas na lugar. Bukod sa iwas-aksidente, mas maayos din ang daloy ng tao sa mataong lugar.

⚠️ Penalties: • 1st offense – Reprimand
• 2nd offense – ₱1,000 fine
• 3rd offense – ₱2,000 fine
• 4th offense – ₱2,500 fine
