MT. PULAG SCHEDULE
JANUARY 27-28, FEBRUARY 11-12, 16-17
Estimated temperature 2-11°C at Night.
2 Days 1 Night
(Ambangeg Trail)

Day 1:
4-5:00AM ETD from Baguio (Victory Liner, PNR)
9:00AM ETA to Bokod, Benguet
9:30AM DENR Orientation
10:30AM Off to the Ranger Station
11:00AM ETA Ranger Station
12:00AM Pitch Tent, Fix stuff, gather firewood for bonfire
(Guide will help but campers are encouraged to take some responsibility as it is a group camping activity)/Lunch
02:00PM Siesta
03:00PM Stroll around the community; check the vegetable gardens
07:00PM Dinner
08:00PM Free time
09:00PM Lights off

Day 2:

12:00MN Wake up call
01:00AM Start of trekking
02:00AM Reach Camp 1
04:00AM Camp 2
05:15AM Mt. Pulag Summit (Sunrise viewing/sea of clouds)

*** Changes in the itinerary may be made depending on some unprecedented circumstances like an inclement weather or as necessity calls for it.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
? (For a group of 7 or 20) Travel fee of P2000 per head inclusive of van or jeep transfers from
Baguio-Mt. Pulag vice versa. registration fee, environmental fee, camper’s fee, cultural fee, and tour guide plus 2 meals(1st and 2nd day).

THINGS TO BRING:

? At least 2 windbreakers
? Flashlight (each)
? Gloves
? Scarf
? Comfy hiking shoes
? 3 pairs of socks
? Blanket/sleeping bag
? Thermal mat
? Extra battery pack/powerbank
? Camera
? Snacks/bread/chocolates/water
? Medicines
? Raincoat
? Plastic bags
? Light walking stick/tungkod
? Tent (in case you have) or rent 150 per head good for 2-3 Persons

THINGS TO EXPECT:

? Weather is unpredictable in the place (wish to behold the sea of clouds); however, with or without the sea of clouds, the place remains magnificent with its best sunrise view.
? Temperature may be around 6-10C during ber months
? Requires physical stamina
? (warning to those who have motion sickness) Zigzag road going to Mt. Pulag
? Each traveller must present a valid identification card before travel to ensure security.
? Tip is not obligatory but appreciated
? Great memories for you; delight in the moment before taking photos to maximize the experience
? You can bring pictures or any thing that identifies you to put it in DENR Mt. Pulag Experience wall.

Looking For DIY Joiner Hikers.
January 13-14(sat-sun)

Mt. Kibungan Circuit.
The popular “Kibungan Circuit” will take you on a long tour around the mountains normally takes 2-3 days. This trip would be rewarding as you would witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets atop famous mountains of Mt. Tagpaya, Mt. Oten, and Mt. Tagpew.

Guide Fee: 800php per day(group of 7person)
Porter: 600php per day (approx. 15kg max load)
Environmental Fee: 60php per head
Bus (Baguio to Kibungan): 130php each
