Good news, Baguio travelers! 💚 Kennon Road is now PASSABLE to the general public, light vehicles only with a maximum load limit of 5 tons.

Kennon Road is now 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 to the general public but strictly for light vehicles only, with a 𝐌𝐀𝐗𝐈𝐌𝐔𝐌 𝐋𝐎𝐀𝐃 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝟓 𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐒.

Heavy vehicles are advised to take alternate routes:
• Marcos Highway
• Asin–Nangalisan–San Pascual–La Union Boundary Road

𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
• Closed at Acrow Bridge under K0223+020, Sitio Camp 2, Brgy. Twin Peaks, Tuba, Benguet
• One Lane at Detour Road (Camp 2)

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑:
In case continuous heavy rainfall prevails, Kennon Road may be temporarily closed to 𝐍𝐎𝐍-𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 to ensure the safety of motorists and the traveling public.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution, monitor weather and road conditions, and strictly observe all traffic and safety regulations while traveling.

But no worries! 😊 At Balai Amihan by NLD Transient, we have a backup generator to help keep your stay comfortable even during unexpected brownouts.

Rain or shine, we're committed to making your stay as convenient and worry-free as possible. 🏡✨

Please be informed that work for our office-based employees will be suspended starting at 3:00 PM today to allow them to travel home safely due to the inclement weather brought about by Typhoon Maymay.

Our Contact Center will remain operational, and our 24/7 hotline numbers will continue to be available to receive your concerns and outage reports. Meanwhile, our technical teams will remain on duty and continue restoration efforts to restore power to affected areas as quickly and safely as possible.

Just a friendly reminder that Balai Amihan is a shared transient house. We have 7 rooms that can comfortably accommodate 34–50 guests in total.

✨ Entire House Rate:
₱17,600 – ₱22,400 per night

If you're booking individual rooms, please note that other guests may also be staying in the property during your visit. If you prefer complete privacy, you may also book the entire house exclusively for your group.
