Executive Order No. 029-2025, titled “An Order Lifting the Suspension of Dolphin Watching in Bais City,” is hereby issued, with effectivity on December 19, 2025.

With this order, dolphin watching activities in Bais City may resume, subject to existing rules and regulations, ensuring the protection of marine life while supporting local tourism and livelihoods.
